Pupa Luminys Baked Eyeshadows

Baked and Beautiful!

I had nine of these in 2007 but gave away a few as gifts. However, I recently completed the original Luminys eyeshadow collection (#1-#12), thanks to the offer at Sasa.

I am missing quite a few of these singles beyond the first twelve. I do not have #14 (a lilac) and #15 (a sage) which came out in the spring of 2007 with #13 and #16. I also do not own #17 (a gold) and #18 (a bronze) from the 2007 Summer Gold collection which never made it to Singapore.

Three Eye Luminys shadows were subsequently released in the 2008 Techno Romance collection. These are still available at the Pupa counters but I do not own them (yet?).

eBay seller profumeria_shop has wonderful close-ups of some of these baked beauties:

Looking at these baked pretties is stoking my lemming for the new Pupa Plastic Shine collection with the colourful Luminys! :)

Thank you for the pretty pics! I am getting the urge to purchase these! :)

How do they wear? Pretty easy to apply?

Thanks again for the pics. I love all the colors!

I have the pink one from the Techno-Romance, and as beautiful as it is, I find that I just never ever reach for it!

In fact, the same holds true for all my MAC MES, I love baked face and cheek products, but I can’t seem to love the eye ones.

I think it’s because baked eye products really come alive when you use em wet, but I’m inevitably rushing in the morning and never go for that extra step.

I’m making an effort to de-stash my baked shadows and will be swapping all of mine away.

I hope yours get more love than mine do!

    Hi Sunny!

You’re very welcome! They are easy to wear and are very pigmented. :)

    Hey Mel,

Love your comments…and I know exactly what you mean. I sold off/ gave away quite a few MAC MSFs. I got into these Pupa ones again, thanks to the offer. :P

i have been a big fan of pupa blushes and i am interested in these too. i might just pick them up when i go to KK again. oddly that small town has more complete pupa stuff than here in the big smoke.

    Thanks for a great post.

    Hi Jojoba! :)

These do not get much attention here; sorely underrated, they are.

The blushes are very pretty. #06 is especially complex in its swirl of colours.

I didn’t know KK had more Pupa than KL. LOL! Who would’ve thought.
