My Lunasol lemming-stirring friend gave me a beauty surprise when she flew into Singapore recently. Upon meeting me, she thrust into my hands a bag of goodies containing three sachets of body lotion from Skinfood, as well as a beautiful baked eyeshadow from It’s Skin, another Korean brand.
This swirled lovely reminds me of MAC Mineralize shadows.
The shadows swatch as prettily as they look. Somehow, the Korean brands have a knack for creating beautiful silvery greys and blues. This same friend gave me an Etude House palette that has a gorgeous pewter and navy in it but like these shades, they have a certain complexity.
Thanks, chinggu!
Looks pigmented and nice blue color
Nice from your friend
Hi Dhini,
Yes, it was a wonderful gift!
That eyeshadow is the perfect duo for you. I know how beautiful you look in those shades.
Hi Mar,
I almost gasped when I realised how buttery they felt when I swatched them! :D
Wow.. the swatched It’s Skin eye shadows are gorgeous! And in the pan, the 2 eye shadows look like stormy mountains and oceans! Abstract, of course.
Hi Milktea,
I like how you interpreted the appearance of the pans! They reminded me of the earth viewed from outer space. ;)
Hi, can i know is there ”Its skin”’in SG? Im not a makeup person! But i just love the pattern and swirl! And when you swatch it it so nice!
Hi Ivy,
Unfortunately, It’s Skin is not available in Singapore. I agree – the colours are beautiful! :)
