Review | Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Reviving Leg & Foot Mist and La Source Ultra-Moisturising Foot Remedy

Being out and about with the little one takes its toll on my legs and feet, so I was thrilled to receive press samples of La Source Reviving Leg & Foot Mist (S$28/80 ml) and La Source Ultra-Moisturising Foot Remedy (S$45/100 g).

Part of the La Source Foot Spa Collection, these two products perfectly complement the La Source Intensive Conditioning Foot Mask that I reviewed earlier.

In the same refreshing ocean-inspired La Source scent, the mist is a hydrating spray that offers cool relief to my tired limbs. Free of mineral oil and parabens, this mist contains peppermint oil and menthol to soothe and cool the skin, while marine extracts like spirulina and seaweed condition it.

Initially, the spray leaves a slightly sticky residue (as can happen with some hydrating mists) but it disappears very quickly and my skin feels just a touch softer afterwards.

The foot cream is a salve for dry feet; its rich yet non-greasy texture sinking readily into my skin. Like the mist, it contains conditioning marine extracts. Interesting, it also contains a protein from Antarctica that is clinically proven to improve the appearance of rough and dry skin. Shea butter and sweet almond oil, together with jojoba esters, seal in moisture.

Like its best-selling hand cream counterpart, it has a wonderful after-touch and its scent lifts the senses. Best of all, the lovely fragrance is prolonged and it continues to hydrate the skin, when applied after the foot mask treatment. :)
