Launched recently at Jo Malone London retail spaces here, the new Shower Oils and Geranium & Walnut Body Scrub are a permanent extension of the brand’s bath and body range.
A luxurious wash, the shower oil transforms into a cleansing satiny lather when it touches water. Formulated with coconut oil, jojoba oil and sunflower seed oil, this emulsifying product made my skin feel silky-soft. I’ve only tried it on my arms but I think it is moisturising enough for me to forgo body lotion.
Currently available in Blackberry & Bay, Peony & Blush Shade and Lime Basil & Mandarin, they retail at S$83 for 250 ml. According to the brand, there might be plans to introduce more scents to the range.
The new body scrub carries a faintly herbaceous and clean scent laced with a slight nutty warmth—a crisp fragrance created to complement Jo Malone London’s stable of colognes. Made with ‘minute natural fragments of walnut shell’ to refine the skin, this product is gentle enough for daily use.
I tested it in the store and liked the soothing polishing action of the gritty granules which left my skin soft and clean. Containing sunflower seed oil and shea butter, it also has a conditioning effect. Available only in a single scent for now, this body scrub retails at S$100 for 200 g.
In Singapore, Jo Malone London can be found at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (B1-80B), Ngee Ann City (02-09A) and TANGS Orchard (Level 1).
