While I was previewing the Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color Trios, I was able to see Rouge Enamel Glamour. Part of the Shiseido Maquillage Autumn/Winter 2010 collection, this range promises to give your lips a 3-D enamel shine. Comprising a rich lipstick on one end and a translucent gloss on the other, each lippy duo (S$43) is packaged in clear faceted bulbs.
The lipstick adds pigment and colour to the lips, while the gloss imparts lustrous shine. The gloss will not mix with or change the colour of the rouge below; the layers creating a multi-dimensional appearance on the lips. The lipstick takes about ten seconds to set and believe me when I say it is budge-proof. The swatch below felt and looked emollient at first but once it set, its imprint remained on my arm for a very long time…even after I tried to remove it with a wipe!
Here’s a closer look at one of these lip lovelies, RS568. I love the plastic spatula and doe-foot sponge tip, two of my favourite applicators for fluid lip colours – I like the pliability of the former and the application control of the latter.
I don’t have swatch photos of the other duos but I believe Iris will post hers soon. ;)

Been looking for a non-sticky but lasting lip gloss for ages… could this be it? :-)
Hi Milktea,
This isn’t very sticky and the base lasts, so it might be a good option for you. ;)
