First Impressions Review | Nip + Fab Dry Hand Fix and Multi-Fix Oil

Here’s a quick review of two Nip + Fab products that I’ve tried recently.

Nip + Fab Dry Hand Fix (S$15.90) has a lovely texture that’s not too heavy but not so light that it feels useless. It absorbs very quickly into my skin – no greasiness – leaving my hands smooth and moisturised.

I’m not so fond of the strong coconut scent, so I’m giving my press sample away but a friend loves it so much, she’s already purchased a second tube of this hand cream! ;)

Nip + Fab Multi-Fix Oil (S$19.90) seems similar to Bio-Oil. Like the latter, its first ingredient is mineral oil and if I recall correctly, it contains comedogenic ingredients too. As such, it’s best to avoid using it on the face if you’re acne-prone. It has a slightly lighter texture than Bio-Oil and smells better to me with its light almond scent.

So far, I’ve only used my press piece on my nails to soften my cuticles, as well as on my feet to prevent chafing of my skin by new footwear – I really like it for these purposes.

In Singapore, Nip + Fab products can be found at all Watsons stores and on www.nipandfab.com.sg.
