This holiday season, Laline has collaborated with Disney to introduce its Minnie Loves Mickey collection.
Comprising bath and body care selections, as well as home ambience products, this adorable collection has me smiling at the cheery packaging…and I’m not even a fan of the famous Disney pair. :)
Laline sent me a lovely hamper via my pal, Larry Yeo, who played Santa for a day. I believe he sweetly lugged the hefty package around in his bag for quite a few hours before meeting me, so here’s a public thank you to you, dear Larius! ;)
In the hamper were a body scrub, a shower gel and a body cream (S$23.90/250 ml each), as well as a waterproof shower bag (S$19.90).
Brought in Wing Tai, the same group that manages Topshop, Laline hails from Israel. Unsurprisingly, these pampering products contain mineral-rich Dead Sea salt.
According to the brand, they carry a scent that’s ‘a deep-bodied honey with tall notes of almonds, and undertones of musk.’ I’ve already tried the shower gel and the fragrance is quite strong, the sweet and musky tones particularly prominent. The wash itself is a substantial liquid that foams up well.
The sturdy shower bag is roomy and can fit all three tubes comfortably. I might not have a fondness for the Disney mice but the simple graphics have a certain retro charm that I am drawn to.
