This August, you can sample several Kiehl’s products, thanks to the brand’s Try Before You Buy campaign.
Although this is nothing completely new – Kiehl’s has offered sample sachets to walk-in customers all this while – they are taking a step further this time: To re-emphasise their sampling practice, you can book a 5-minute consultation online and redeem 5 free samples at the same time.
All you have to do is register here and flash the confirmation page at any Kiehl’s store to receive the consultation/samples from any Kiehl’s Customer Representative. To help you select the right samples, the staff will be happy to determine your skin needs and answer your queries. This offer ends 31 August 2013.
Although I’ve tried quite a fair number of Kiehl’s products since they opened their first store at Scotts Shopping Centre, I’ve consistently discovered new skincare lovelies, thanks to the brand’s sampling program. What I really like about it is their genuine willingness to dispense samples – I’ve had no problems at all requesting for sachets to try.
Do note that they usually record your details and what you’ve been given, so as to facilitate future queries. I’ve found this to be quite useful when I’ve forgotten what I’ve tried and needed a memory jolt.
