The first Derma Center in Southeast Asia, this one-stop skincare boutique houses three popular derma-cosmetics brands from L’Oréal Singapore’s Active Cosmetics Division: Vichy, La Roche-Posay and SkinCeuticals.
Here, consumers can now look forward to personalised professional advice from Derma Advisors (skin/hair care specialists) with the help of two advanced diagnosis tools:
The Derm Analyzer – A hand-held tool that shows 3D visualisations of skin and hair, aiding in the analysis of hdration levels, skin elasticity, pores, sebum/porphyrine (sebum under the skin), wrinkles and melanin production, as well as hair density/thickness and hair loss areas.
The SkinCeuticals Precision LED – A tool that utilises the power of photochemistry to analyse visible and underlying skin damage. A full-face skin diagnosis of skin concerns is made in the areas of pigmentation, texture, hydration and sebum production.
Also available at the multi-brand boutique are Dercos (Vichy’s hair care range) and a SkinCeuticals spa cabin where medi-spa facials (the first in Singapore) are conducted.
I haven’t been there yet but my friend Trish of Cupcake Momma, who had gone for a SkinCeuticals facial, was extremely satisfied with the level of service. She also purchased several products and was plied with samples, many of them deluxe-sized.
The boutique is located at #02-33, Westgate Mall. This shopping centre is somewhat far for me but I hear there are plans to open more boutiques. I’m hoping for one in the central area. :)
I’ve rediscovered LRP lately, no thanks to breakouts/rashes on my sensitive skin and foresee I might need more products to alleviate these issues. I’ve had success with several LRP products and some Vichy ones, so it’d be nice to consult the skincare experts and hopefully find something new – and useful – to try.
