The YSL Beauty Rouge Pur Couture lip colour ranges spring to mind, whenever someone asks me to recommend a long-wearing lipstick or a lasting lipstain.
I’ve happily converted a healthy handful of ladies to the brand: My mother and my mother-in-law, as well as several close friends, now own a nifty selection of Rouge Pur Couture pieces; even a few acquaintances to whom I’d mentioned the brand have been convinced to try them.
They make ideal gifts for women who appreciate colour, and I’m delighted when beauty buddies send me messages of thanks with regard to my picks.
