Topshop makeup and brushes are available at Topshop Ion Orchard, very near the Orchard MRT station. I haven’t tried the brushes, so I have no recs for you, sorry.

Thank you for your kind words. :) Makeup addiction is very dangerous and as you’ve guessed, I’ve definitely been through a phase (who am I kidding – several phases, in fact!). I do have a huge stash that I’m culling slowly but surely, so am more restrained when it comes to makeup purchases these days. :)
