I was packing my Asian makeup drawer yesterday (yes, I have one just for makeup from China, Korea, Japan and Thailand!) when I came across this pretty eyeshadow.
Made in Korea, the flat shadow case has a scalloped pattern around its edge, making it look like a flower. I’d purchased this more than a year ago from Spring Beauty (a neighbourhood beauty store) but I think Candy Shop is no longer carried there.
I love the complexity of this eyeshadow. There’s a bit of teal, a bit of blue, a bit of green and a golden mint flash that shows up when the light hits it at different angles. It shows up best on a curved surface and thus is beautiful on the contour of the eye. It reminds me of Shu Uemura ME Blue 640 but it’s greener…and more pigmented than the Shu shadow!
