Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude Eye Palette

Here is a handy quad for quick and simple eye makeup. Comprising four neutral shades, this limited edition eyeshadow compact was introduced a few years back at the Bobbi Brown counters.

Happily for neutral lovers, it is now available again at travel retail stores.

With three mattes and one shimmer shadow, this palette is good for polished eye looks and ideal for conservative workplace environments. It would take a makeup oaf to mess up an eye with these super wearable shades! ;)

The compact also comes with a dual-ended brush for lid and all-over application. The edge of the synthetic brush can be used for lining too.

This palette contains Bobbi Brown Eye Shadows in Navajo, Cement, Heather Mauve (in the Shimmer Wash formula) and Mahogany.

Navajo and Cement aren’t very pigmented and will only give a soft wash of colour, unless layered a few times. They might frustrate makeup lovers who are fond of more colour payoff (for them, I recommend the Sleek Au Naturel Eyeshadow Palette). They are, however, perfect for people who are leery of too much colour and only want a simple wash of colour on the eyes. I like how these two shades subtly even out the skin tone on the eye area.

Heather Mauve and Mahohgany are more pigmented. Paired together, they make a gorgeous smokey eye. I particularly love Heather Mauve for its cool taupe tone.

Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude Eye Palette is available at airports and travel retail locations where Bobbi Brown is carried. Do call the relevant stores for price information as its retail price varies from location to location.

      Hey Chev,

The first two colours are very sheer, though! ;)

      Hey Sam,

It will be a useful palette for the office. It can go smokey too for night time. ;)
