With a desire to provide the best experience for the Dior customer, the brand has revamped their Isetan Scotts counter.
The counter is neatly divided into three spaces for beauty exploration:
Coutourier Perfumer Christian Dior
This area showcases Dior fragrances and come August 2012, the brand will offer personalised fragrance consultations wherein an orgue à parfums (a tableau of fragrances) is used to present the 3 scents that best correspond to a consumer’s profile.
Customers will be attended to by trained fragrance specialists, who will use the orgue comprising 40 mini vials containing the key notes of Dior’s iconic juices, to recommend a Dior scent.
This service will be available from August 2012.
Haute Couture-Inspired Makeup Counters
Reflecting the brand’s haute couture heritage, the makeup space has a backstage studio effect featuring floating makeup boards that act as a reference for a customer’s colour needs.
The consultation boards also display the latest product launches, side by side with perennial Dior best-sellers, to offer helpful choices to customers.
Skincare Consultation Space
This section has been enhanced to accommodate a higher number of private consultations, offering a more exclusive service for Dior customers.

And no, you can’t find those reds in Dior’s eye makeup repertoire – they’re entirely created from the brand’s lipsticks! Brilliant.
