Besides the Shine Caresse lip colours, these new eyeshadow quads from L’Oréal are also available at the stores.
Made in China, 8 variations are available here: S4 Tropical Tutu, P2 Trésors Cachés (top), E1 Beige Trench (bottom left), E5 Velours Noir (bottom right), E6 Eau de Rose and E8 Bleu Marinière.

I only swatched Velours Noir and found all four colours to be smooth in texture.

They aren’t so much silky as they are powdery-velvety. Fairly intense, they go onto the skin evenly.
Though the plastic compact feels flimsy and dinky, I’d say these quads are value for money, given the colour payoff and blendability. Unusually, the dual-ended sponge-tip applicator features an angled end which supposedly aids in lining.
In Singapore, these palettes retail at S$22.90. Do visit Sarah’s and Chantana’s blogs to see their beautiful swatches.
