A pretty Japanese makeup brand has quietly made its way to Singapore. Luv Carat, as its name implies, distinguishes itself from other beauty brands by decking out its packaging in sparkly gems.

The blinged-out diamanté cases aren’t just for show. Where the finishing powders are concerned, their contents can be mighty shimmery too – two out of the range of four powders are infused with pearl powder that twinkle under the light.

Unlike the sparkly powders, the eyeshadow palettes are less shimmery and more glimmery.
