Sara Strand, the creator of Pop Beauty, is in town this weekend! Here on a whirlwind visit, according to Sephora Singapore, you can see her at work today (9 October 2010) from 12 to 3 pm at Sephora Ion Orchard.
I was at Sephora with Iris, Kas and Debbie last night, to catch her in action. Using the colourful and wearable Pop Beauty products, Sara gave Debbie a quick makeover.
I love the Pop Beauty Eye Cake/Liner Cake in Darkness for smokes but was happy to discover more products from the brand as Sara worked.
Among the items she’d used were:
In Liner in No.1 In Black, a somewhat smudge-proof eye liner that goes on much like a kohl, giving room for play yet stays put, once set.
Double Duty Bronzer, a radiance compact that adds colour to the face. I like its huge, flat pan a lot; so much space for brush dusting. ;)
Glow Belle, a gorgeous palette of eight beauteous shades for blushing and highlighting. I love how soft and glimmering they are and am sorely tempted by this kit!
Here she is, working on Debbie’s eyes, softly defining the crease.
Here’s the completed look. I liked how Sara deftly cateye-lined Debbie’s eyes.
And here we are, pre-makeover! ;)
