I recently received a thoughtful gift from the lovely Kim, who generously gave me a stunning lipgloss from Benefit because she knew the colour was very me. With shades of plum and mauve similar to those in my beloved MAC Hyper and Bobbi Brown Black Pearl, this your-lips-but-better lipgloss is precisely that – my lips but better. Awesome!
I’m not fond of the scent (sorry, Kim :P) – it reminds me of the synthetic fragrance of a grape-coloured Bonne Bell lipgloss I owned a long time ago. However, I liked that gloss because of its shade and appearance, as I do this Benefit one. In fact, I prefer Talk to My Agent and am hoping the scent dissipates, for I can certainly see it becoming a much-used item.
Thank you, BB Cream Queen!
Awwww. ;)
Mauve reminds me of ahjummah! hehe
I hope I pass for an agasshi! ;) Thanks, dear!

I’m sorry to hear that, Plue. Do come when this flu scare is over. :)
Do you have any drugstore glosses to recommend? I really like your reviews, but some are a little expensive. Thanks so much.
Hi Tiffany,
Za has a good range of lipglosses. Heroine Make also has some nice nude ones. :)
Thank you so much!! I wanted one to recommend a friend, but she prefers drugstore glosses. Thanks so much!! :)
Hi Tiffany,
You’re welcome. :)
