A Small but Necessary Muji Haul

Combining function with simplicity, the clean aesthetics of Muji products always make me browse and linger in the store, even when I have nothing to buy. The last time I was there, however, I emerged with three little plastic items: two spray bottles with different nozzles and a squeeze tube.

All three have makeup purposes. The PET Clear Spray Bottle (30 ml / S$4.30) with a finer spray head is for water to wet or clean makeup / makeup accessories, the PET Pump Bottle (50 ml / S$4.60) with the bigger spray head is to contain decanted MAC Brush Cleaner and the PE Tube (50 g / S$2.30) is to hold liquid foundation.

The last is an experiment – I am hoping that the squeeze tube will be able to replace the bulky and heavy foundation bottles in my kit. If it works, I will buy several so that I don’t have to lug the glass bottles around!

This is a great idea. Now we don;t have to bring all those tubes in our small kit. Thanks for sharing.

    Hello Joyce,

I've not tried it yet, so I don't know if it's leak-proof. I hope it works though!

mag!!! would you be so kind as to post a pic of your makeup artist's kit? am very interested to see what the essentials are for a complete kit! =) do you only use MAC?

  • makeupmag says:

    Hello Audrey!

I'll try but my kit varies sometimes (with the exception of staples), depending on what is required. I use anything that works; my kit is not exclusively MAC, heh.

    Hi Joyce

Have you tried the pet squeeze tube with your liquid foundations? I'm thinking of getting them!

    Thanks!
