The Pieds Nus photos I saw at the Shiseido 40th Anniversary event made me reminisce about this now-defunct brand, the predecessor of the Maquillage line. So when I saw this palette while I was packing my makeup counter, I took a few photos.
Two eyeshadow pans are ensconced within a simple but stylish case. I like the beautiful shimmering effect of the cover, as well as its smooth, curved surface. Very chic.
Like the Maquillage single that I’d bought at the recent Shiseido sale, the green is a flashing shadow. I’m not sure how brilliant the Maquillage one is (I haven’t swatched it yet) but this opalescent beauty from pN has reflective blue-green shimmer strewn throughout the pearly base. The shimmery beige is a great neutral with many accent colours and wears well too. :)
